Template Options

The public main page is the site that your visitors view before logging into the support center. It

gives your visitors a list of options for handling their support while also registering in as an important

source of pertinent information. Your support system is set up using a basic set of support icons;

consisting of register/login, submit ticket, lookup ticket, knowledge base, announcements, and

troubleshooter.

 

Your default icons can not be removed but they can be made invisible. If you set up your own icons

they will be removable. Additionally, you can edit any of the existing icons in a way of your choice.

You can add and modify existing templates in the following way: the name of the icon, the image

used, text description underneath, link used when clicked on, order of operation, and visibility.
