Find out how effective your articles are in reaching your targeted audience from the users who are
viewing them. Your knowledge base has the ability to allow visitors to post comments about articles.
You can decide whether to require administrative approval before a user posts their comment. Click
on �General Settings� under �Admin settings, then select �Yes� or �No� where you see �Require
Comments to be Approved Before Being Published.� If you seek approval before posting comments,
or select �Yes.�
To view a complete list of comments, approved and unapproved, click on �view comments� in your
knowledge base. You may remove an already approved comment or remove an unapproved com-
ment. You can sort your comments by subject, parent article, status, and date.
For a list of unapproved comments, click on �approve comments� on the left in your knowledge
base. To approve a comment hit �A� below options. To view the comment hit �i.� You can delete any
comment you want by placing a check next to it and clicking on �Delete Checked.� Comments can
not be brought back once they are deleted. You are given another opportunity to continue removing
the comment or canceling your action.
