General Settings

Set your site settings, as well as, other site settings on the general settings page. Begin by entering

in your site name; the support name to be used in the title bar and various areas of the public section.

Enter in your site specific information: logo location, homepage URL, public URL, administrative

URL, and a from email address. It is also useful to enter in your company information; consisting

of your address, phone, and fax.

 

You have the following site options: enabling instant response, hiding average response time in the

public section, force graphs to attempt to display in the reports page, requiring registration before

submitting tickets, and disabling registration option.

When �Require registration before users can submit a ticket� is checked and an email is sent to create

a ticket, a basic bounced message is sent back informing you that you must to register.
