Managing your admin users

An admin user in SupportTrio is anyone who has access to the administrative side of the software, where tickets are answered. While there is no limit to the number of public users who may post support requests, your SupportTrio license may limit the number of admin users you are allowed.

A lite license of SupportTrio allows only 3 admin users; this number includes the primary user whose login is "admin". A full license of SupportTrio allows an unlimited number of admin users. To upgrade your SupportTrio lite license to a full license, simply contact support to arrange the order.

You can add and edit, your admin users under Users->Admin Users, as well as view their information and history. Each user can be assigned access to only the departments relevant to them. Additionally, you can specify what actions each user will be able to take with regards to tickets, departments, users, and other areas of SupportTrio.

The Users->Admin Users area also allows you to export your admin user information into a CSV (comma-separated value) file, or to export any single user's information as a VCard.
