General usage of the POP feature and the email parser.
- Setup a POP account on your server to handle email.
- Then go to Settings>pop account in support trio and specify that POP account.
- Then go to Settings in SupportTrio and set the from email address to the POP account you just entered.
- Now, when users reply the replies will find which ticket to go to and the users can also create new tickets by email.
