You can modify the way that tickets are displayed on your start up page under layout options. These options include: ticket number, department, subject, status, assigned, last poster, and duration. You can set how long you want to refresh your startup page. Choose to refresh at 30 seconds; 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 25 minutes; or never. You can also set the number of tickets to be displayed per page, as well as, your preferred number of maximum tickets.
