Notification Options

You can enable or disable notifications to your inbox for tickets assigned to either you or your department. Select �Notification Options on the menu to the left under �Your Settings.� To turn notifications on and off for departmental tickets, mark and unmark the checkbox next to the first option.

To do this for tickets you have been assigned to mark and unmark the checkbox next to the second option. These notifications appear in your inbox to help you monitor your tickets.
