Reports

You can view detailed reports on a number of categories by clicking on �Reports� at the top. View

general reports, departmental reports and user reports. Each set of reports calculate the total number

of tickets, open tickets, and closed tickets posted; along with the average response time. These

reports are a critical source for gauging departmental and user efficiency. All report pages include

graphs with a system check for graphs to see if gd lib, image library, is installed.

 

General Reports

 

You can view total number of overall tickets, open tickets, and closed tickets, as well as, the average

response time given for all of your tickets. Detailed graphs show you your total posts for the last

week and month.

 

Department Reports

 

You can view detailed reports for all your departments. You can view total tickets for each department,

the number of open tickets, and the number of closed tickets. View these totals as numbers

and percentages. The average response time per ticket from each department is also given. A pie

graph allows further comparison between departments.

 

User Reports

 

User reports square your focus on individual users. You can view total number of tickets for each

of your users, number of assigned tickets open, and number of assigned tickets close. View these

totals as numbers and percentages. The average response time for each of your users is also provided.
