Click on tabs: 1. Tab: Admin 2. Tab: Setup 3. Choose “Widget” (if not already chosen)
Optional - choose from “General Parameters”: Website - which is the target website? Choose from the list or leave “All” for the default website. Department - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific department? If so, choose one from the list. Operator - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific operator? If so, choose one from the list.
Choose “Position” between “Bottom Left” and “Bottom Right” to best fit your website.
To hide the widget when no operator is online, tick “Hide when offline”.
Copy the block of code under “Code” and place it on your website, anywhere between thetag (best to place just before )”.
