Email floods (looping) in SupportTrio

If you wish to avoid a situation that SupportTrio starts sending itself some emails thus creating a loop that clutters the queue, you should apply some rules in your SupportTrio configuration:

1. Your admins must not have the same emails as your Email (POP3) Accounts. What happens then? SupportTrio tries to send a notification to your admin, and it ends up being parsed by SupportTrio. And so on, and so on. The loop.
2. Bounce email should not be the same as Email Accounts. If someone sends an email and fakes his email address, SupportTrio will send him a notification which will be bounced back to SupportTrio. It will send a notification again, and it will bounce again. The loop.
3. Your server should not have any forwarders using these emails. This is very important since tempering with Email Forwarders in CPanel (for example) can mess up your email flows. If you setup a server redirection in such a web hosting panel, SupportTrio cannot even check for it and act accordingly, so it cannot prevent it.

Following these rules will prevent email loops in SupportTrio. Even worse, if you have setup PIPE for your Email Accounts, parsing is instant, and your server can send a lot of emails in very short period of time.
