Spam Filtering

SupportTrio comes equipped with an advanced spam filtering system which can be enabled with a single click. To fine-tune your spam filtering settings, follow the "Settings" link which you will find in parentheses beside the "Enable Spam Filtering" option.

SupportTrio uses its mojo to determine the probability of each message being spam, and assigns a numerical rank. The Spam Cut-Off is the rank at which a message will be marked as spam. The default and advised setting is 75, but you may play with this setting to find a level of spam filtration that is comfortable for you.

You may also add individual e-mail addresses or entire domains to your spam whitelist, to prevent those addresses from being filtered into your spam box.
