User registration options

  • "Require registration before users can submit tickets"
SupportTrio allows you the option of requiring users to register for an account in your support center before allowing them to submit tickets. This enables you to ensure that you've collected the additional information that may assist you in meeting your customers' needs and streamlining your support operations.

  • "Auto-Generate support accounts for incoming emails that do not match an existing account."
If enabled, the registration requirement will apply to tickets submitted via e-mail as well as those submitted through the web interface. If you wish to require user registration, but still make sure that users submitting question by e-mail are not turned away, you may allow SupportTrio to automatically generate accounts for them in your support center.

  • "Disable Registration Option"
Alternately, you may establish a more open system by disabling registration altogether. For some types of services, your customers may experience this as a more open and accessible support system strategy. This will allow your visitors to submit support requests to you with the greatest possible rapidity, affording them a feeling of freedom that few sites permit them.

  • "Use image verification for user registration"
On the other hand, you may want to provide your guests with a feeling of security in the knowledge that their signal is not being drowned in a sea of noise. To avoid spambots and such, SupportTrio offers an optional image verification system for new user registrations.

  • "Require users to confirm registration"
If you wish to allow registrations without email confirmation, it can be done! Your users won't have to check their Inbox in order to click on the link to confirm their identity. Registration process can be a lot faster that way, but you have a risk of someone opening a support account for an unexisting email.
