You can track hours and ticket quantity for billing purposes by making tickets billable, and recording the hours, minutes, and users involved. When viewing a ticket on the admin side, click the "Billing" tab, and check "Mark this ticket as billable":
Then, to add billing hours, click "Add billing entry" and provide the details:
Once you add billing entries, you can view each one by clicking "View past billing entries for this ticket":
To view overall reports for billable entries, visit the Reports > Billing Reports section:
Here you can see a breakdown of billable activity amongst companies, and filter down further to view specific users of each company:
