General usage of the POP feature and the email parser.

  1. Setup a POP account on your server to handle email.

  2. Then go to Settings>pop account in support trio and specify that POP account.

  3. Then go to Settings in SupportTrio and set the from email address to the POP account you just entered.

  4. Now, when users reply the replies will find which ticket to go to and the users can also create new tickets by email.
