Create Custom Reports Using Saved Searches

Saved searches enables you with a powerful tool to create custom reports that can be exported into .CSV format.  On the ticket view page click on Advanced at the top right of help desk screen.

Now filter your search based on the data you wish to extract from the software on the right side of the screen.

 

Here you can select which departments you want in your reports, status of tickets, priority, public users, company, assignation, and desk.    You can also filter out the tickets based on number of hours tickets have been in the ticket queue, all tickets updated before and after a date range, and all tickets due before and after a date range. 

When you have filtered to the data you wish to extract click on export on Search or Save if you wish to easily access this set of data in the future.  When your search results appear click on the export button on the upper right side of your result listings.

Export ticket list if you want this data in .CSV format and select Export ticket data if you want to export full html for the ticket data into a Zip File.
