Running SupportTrio on multiple domains

Only one SupportTrio installation can be installed in one database. Also, for licensing issues, only one copy of SupportTrio in your filesystem can use only one database. Public side of SupportTrio can be accessed using any URL, but the admin section is limited to the location where it is installed. However, you can still use one SupportTrio installation to manage more than one web site.

Here is what you should do to run two sites:

1. setup support.domain1.com to point to, let's say, /srv/www/support.domain1.com
2. install SupportTrio into that folder
3. create a satellite desk (let's say "domain2") - SupportTrio will create folder desk/domain2
4. setup support.domain2.com to point to /srv/www/support.domain1.com/desk/domain2

The operators will only be able to manage tickets by accessing URL support.domain1.com/admin (which is used during install process).
