Setting up the default email address to collect left messages and chat transcripts
Click on tabs: 1. Tab: Admin 2. Tab: Settings Under "Email to collect left messages", enter the email address. Then, tick "Automatically send all transcripts to this email and hit "Save".
Customizing the Message and Transcripts Collection Email per Website
These settings will override the general fields, set up as instructed above and will allow fields customization for each website found under the same license account. Click on tabs: 1. Tab: Admin 2. Tab Setup > Websites 3. Under "Email to collect left messages and transcripts", insert your desired email address and hit Save to enable the change.
Customizing the Message and Transcripts Collection Email per Department
These settings will override the general fields, set up as instructed above and will allow fields customization for each department, so that messages or transcripts from within a specific department will go to a certain email address, for better requests filtering. Click on Tabs 1. Tab Admin 2. Tab Setup > Departments 3. Double click the department you need to change. 4. Insert your email under: "Email to collect left messages and transcripts", then click Save.
