How do I setup automatic invitations?

Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Customize
3. Choose "Invitation Window" (if not already selected).
4. Insert your default invite message and tick the checkbox below if you want to: 
   - Checkbox ticked: The invite will pop up in the floating widget. 
   - Checkbox unticked: The invite will be shown in the center of the screen, capturing the full attention of the visitor. 

 

5. To add a new rule, click "Add"

 

6. Set the criteria you need met in order for the invite to be sent 
7. To add conditions, click the "Add Condition" button
8. Select URL or referrer then add one of the conditions in the dropdown. 
For example, lets find visitors coming from Facebook and browsing our pricing page and invite them with a custom message:

This will result:


9. Hit "Save"


Fields explained:
Will open for: - sets the type of visitors that will see your invitation. (All, First Timers or Returning)
At: sets the websites where your invite will be shown. 
Conditions: sets URLs and referrers that you need respected: especially useful when you want to show a specific invite to visitors coming from a certain URL. 
Redirect chat to: sets the website, department and operator where the chat will be directed if the visitor responds to the invite and initiates a chat. 
In the text box below, you can enter a customized message to be shown inside the invite,or otherwise, leave it to the default one.
