Lookup Ticket
Click on the �Lookup Ticket� icon to view, modify, or check the status of your existing ticket. To
lookup a specific user ticket type in the ticket # and email address associated with your account.
You can view your ticket to see if it was updated and also post a response. If you are looking for a
specific ticket then you can have that information sent to your email address by entering your email
address under Retrieve Ticket(s). A list of your ticket numbers will appear in your inbox. You can
then use those numbers to look up a specific user ticket.
